Hall published in "The London Philatelist" in 1925, including block of ten at top, block of twenty and block of four, types I-VI+I-IV in each horizontal row of ten, large margins for the most part, cancelled in manuscript at Magangué. Few faint creases and other minor imperfections, to be expected in an item of this size. This exceptional reconstruction includes the largest and the second largest used multiples of this denomination; the block of 20 also represents the largest recorded used multiple of any value in this issue.
