ColombiaSeventh Issue1864, 50c. green, large figures, in a very unusually dark shade, touched at left and right, otherwise ample to huge margins, used on registered cover from Bogotá to San José de Cúcuta, dated 25.2.1865, tied by oval handstamp on dispatch, showing General P.O. at Bogotá marking illustrated with coat of arms, together with two-line "Certificación á Bogotá/Salió en_de_" and strikes of "0" handstamp in red following the rules for registered mail, with annotation as received by the addressee and signature inside.
