ColombiaSeventh Issue1864, 20c. blue, type I, with sheet margin at left, together with 10c. violet, good to excellent margins, both tied by Bogotá "pearl" oval handstamp to registered envelope to Palmira, with "0" numeral along sides and "Certificación á Bogotá/Salió en_de_" handstamps, both in red, dated 7 February 1865 in manuscript. Docketing of receipt and signature by the addressee inside, and General P.O. with coat-of-arms circular handstamps on reverse. Some creases, of which one passing through the upper left corner of the 20c. Two covers so far recorded bearing this combination. Scott 38, 39. Photo
