1845, 300r. black, yellowish paper, intermediate impression, just touched in places at upper and lower sides, otherwise good margins, together with clear to mostly large margined, just touching at right 180r. black, yellowish paper, intermediate impression, both tied by ''Correio Geral Da Corte'' (7 March 1846) cds on judicial document (folded in upper and lower sides for exhibition purposes) delivered through the post from Rio de Janeiro to Nictheroy. The 480 réis franking paid the special rate for a judicial document weighing eight ounces or 64 ''oitavas'' (eight ''oitavas'', i. e. one ounce, per each 60 réis). As far as we are aware, this is one of only three postal history items bearing the 300r. , of which just two are known exhibiting this franking, also being the only known bearing a combination of this value with one of the three highest denominations of this issue.
