Sierra Leone Incoming Mail 1883 (2 Mar.) envelope from Orkney, Scotland to the Principal Medical Officer at Tower Hill Barracks, bearing 1882 4d. grey-brown Plate 18 cancelled with "207" duplex, the addressee having left West Africa the cover is addressed to him back in Orkney and showing Sierra Leone (10.4), Sierra Leone Paid (11.4), Paid Liverpool Br.
