Royal Humane Society, small bronze medal, successful (Sub-Lieut. W.C.J. Baker, H.M.S. Minotaur. 10. Sept. 1872), lacking top riband buckle, suspension re-affixed, very fine Estimate £ 80-100 Sub-Lieutenant W.C.J. Baker jumped overboard from H.M.S. Minotaur, at Portland, on the 10th September 1872, and succeeded in bringing J. Kerslake, Leading Seaman, to the gangway.
