Battln Arty" at Loodiana to Charlotte Town, Prince Edward Island, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and showing oval-framed "india" h.s. in red "2" rate h.s., Liverpool oval d.s. (29.5) and "2 1/2" (2 1/2d. currency) rate mark, the reverse (part of flap missing) with Loodiana Free oval d.s., London transit c.d.s. and "prince edward island" double-arc arrival d.s. (17.6); the long and interesting letter giving details of the battles fought by the writer throughout the 1st. Sikh War at Moodkee, Ferozeshah, Aliwal and Sobraon.
