India 1830-58 extensive collection of entires/entire letters/envelopes mounted and written-up on pages, eighty-four items all to the U.K. from a wide range of regiments at numerous different locations and campaigns, showing a range of postal markings including a variety of despatch handstamps, several with U.K. India Soldiers handstamps, one from Burma (1825) and a few written during the Indian Mutiny, also 1853 and 1854 stamped items incoming from the U.K.; a large percentage with typed transcripts; condition very mixed with some stained or with other faults though a remarkable holding Estimate £ 2,000-2,500
