Hong Kong 1869 (1 Sept.) envelope "From Staff Sergeant I.F. Pegg Royal Artillery Hong Kong" registered to England, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and bearing 1863-71 CC 2c. brown (corner wrinkle) and 8c. orange each cancelled "B62", showing "registered/hong kong" oval d.s., "Crown/registered" h.s. and London Paid c.d.s. (24.10), both alongside the adhesives, and large manuscript "3" altered to "5", the reverse with Hong Kong, Rugby (25.10) and Lutterworth (25.10) c.d.s.
