Colombo" to Prahan near Melbourne, Australia, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and bearing 1868 wing-margin 1d. blue cancelled with Colombo duplex, the reverse with Melbourne c.d.s. (17.2) in blue; some stains and creases, etc. though a rare soldiers cover to a most unusual destination. B.P.A. Certificate (1994).
