Photo Estimate £ 200-250 Note: This cover is signed by Birch who was the Registrar-General and is addressed to C.E. Pooley, Deputy Registrar-General and Registrar of the Supreme Court. Birch was also Colonial Secretary and at the time of writing this letter was administrating the Government in the absence of Governor Seymour
