A Footman´s Uniform A coat of fine green cloth, with scarlet collar, cuffs, pocket-flaps and skirt-linings, the collar, fronts, cuffs and skirts richly edged and trimmed with gold lace, gold cord loops on fronts and cuffs, secured by gilt-brass livery buttons (one button missing), black silk wig-bag at rear of collar; companion waistcoat, of scarlet cloth, with green pockets, fastened with hooks and eyes and edged with gold lace; and a pair of dark green plush knee-breeches, with matching knee-buttons (two buttons missing) (3) See illustration Estimate £ 70-100
