x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1703 (12 Sept.) entire to Dublin, sent under the Free Franking system and signed "Ja Jefferyes", very fine strike of the fancy Dublin Inspector´s ´crown´ handstamp and discernible straight-line "cork" adjacent, the reverse with superb light strike of the twin bar (or split) Bishop Mark for "SE/15"; fine, clean and very attractive.
