x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1699 (23 Dec.) entire letter to London, inscribed "Post Payd" in manuscript, the reverse with superb strike of the black "waterford" (the "W" in larger type)); the cover with staining and tape repairs at left though well clear of the strike.
