x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1705 (14 Apr.) entire letter to Dublin, the address panel with ink manuscript rate "3" and very fine strike of the extremely rare black "mullingar" showing the "N" reversed, the reverse with light Dublin "AP/05" Bishop Mark; the cover with self-adhesive tape repair and staining at top though well clear of the first marking.
