1867 5c Yellow green, original plate, second state, another magnificent vertical pair in rich yellow green color with strong detailed impression, positions 14/26, large to immense margins showing the frame line of the adjoining stamp at top, on attractive 1867 entire folded letter to Topiza from Sucre with a central boxed cancel that shows some of the letters of the ""Esterior/Franca"", while not tying across the edge of the stamp, the impression of the cancel and the oil of the ink bleed to the inside of the outer letter sheet, extremely fine and very pretty; this is also a very early letter datelined July 10, 1867; signed A.
