1867 5c Yellow green, original plate, second state, horizontal pair, positions 41-42, on petite 1867 entire folded letter to Cochabamba, centrally struck straight line ""Sta. Cruz"" strongly impressed handstamp that shows on the interior of the cover, stamp has pretty color in one of the paler shades of yellow green, large even margins all around, the letter is dated July 25, 1867, minor toning affecting the stamp but also tying it to the cover, very fine and rare early cover; signed A.
