Crime and Punishment Punishment Transportation 1815 entire letter to London inscribed ´O.H.M.S.´, written by Captain Thomas Musgrave (R.N.) on board the convict transport ship ´Sugar Cane´ moored off the Irish coast, the address panel with light strike of the ´enniskillen/79´ mileage mark – Musgrave was acting Master of this ship which carried the first consignment of Irish convicts to Botany Bay in 1793 (this journey resulted in a mutiny by the convicts); fine and most attractive.
