A Memento of Corporal William Coltman VC DCM MM An official admission badge, signed by Corporal Coltman, to the 1929 House of Lords Dinner for VC winners; together with a copy of an article on Coltman written for MILITARY ILLUSTRATED magazine by John Devonport (2) Estimate £ 40-60 Note: Corporal Coltman, a stretcher-bearer with the North Staffordshire Regiment, was the most highly-decorated NCO of World War I. His VC was won near Sequehart on 3/4 October 1918, when he repeatedly went forward under heavy fire to dress wounded men and to recover casualties.
