Judgment of Solomon. Round plaquette. Bronze with traces of gilt, 47.6mm. Solomon seated slightly right on a raised throne, scepter over his shoulder, the two mothers standing at the left, at the right, a soldier holds the baby and raises his sword. Pope Hennessy NGA 190, fig. 208. Neatly holed twice at top. An About Fine very old cast.
