Kellogg, Will Keith (1860-1951). American industrialist in food manufacturing; founder of Kellogg Co. Typed Letter Signed "W.K. Kellogg". One page on Kellogg Toasted Corn Flake Co. letterhead, 8 1/3 x 7 ¼", Battle Creek, MI, May 6, 1920. Kellogg thanks Mrs. Hopkins for the "splendid care" she has taken of his grandchildren and has asked Mrs. Rogers to make her checks hereafter at the rate of $40 per month. He signs in purple below. Charming vignette of early Toasted Corn Flakes box. Includes original mailing envelope. Some soiling to envelope, two small stainmarks on letter. Fine-VF. [2]
