Nepal, Kathmandu, Jaya Mahindra Simha (1715-1722), Mohar (2), NS 835, Obv. trident and legend in four lines, Śrī Śrī /Jaya/Mahīndra in central circle, eight Buddhist auspicious emblems (astamangala) in petals, Rev. two horizontal lines, possibly representing two pseudo-Persian characters within central circle, sword with garland in centre and legend in three lines Simha/Deva/83, one syllable each of the legend Nepāreśvara Girindra (Lord of Nepal, King of the Hills) in the eight petals, 12h, 5.58g; 5.41g, 12h (RGV 303; KM 225), the first toned, good very fine, the second bent, with deposit to edge, about very fine; Mohar NS 835, much as before, Obv. single pellet to either side of trident, 5.44g, 12h (RGV 304; KM -), some edge splits, about very fine; Suki, NS 835, Obv. trident in centre between two horizontal lines representing pseudo-Persian letters and legend in three lines, Śrī 2 /Jaya/Mahīndra, three dots to left of syllable Ma, the syllable Ja not joined to upper horizontal line, Rev. conch in centre between two horizontal lines representing pseudo Persian letters and legend in three lines, Simha/Deva/835, 1.37g, 3h (RGV 307), toned, good very fine; Suki, NS 838, Obv. trident in centre and legend in five lines Śrī 2 /Jaya/Mahī/ndra Sim/ha Deva, Rev. offering vase (bhumpa) with garland in centre, and legend in four lines, Śrī Ma /hīndra/ Laksmi/838, 1.34g, 12h (RGV 310), pierced, good fine; Uniface Dam (3), undated, legend in two lines Śrī Ma /hīndra/ (RGV 312; KM 219), generally very fine (8)
