Nepal, Kathmandu, Jaya Jagajjaya Malla (1722-1735), Mohar (2), NS 842, Obv. trident and legend in four lines Śrī 2/ Jaya/Jagajjaya in central circle, the eight Buddhist auspicious emblems (astamangala) in petals, no dots in field, single dot below trident, Rev. two horizontal lines, possibly representing two pseudo-Persian characters within central circle, sword with garland in centre and legend in three lines Malla/Deva/842, one syllable each of the legend Nepāleśvara Rājendra in the eight petals attached to the circle, 5.42g, 11h; 5.62g, 12h (RGV 313 the first this coin), the first with red deposits, yet toned and well-struck, extremely fine, the second weakly struck, near very fine; Mohar, NS 842, as before, Obv. three dots below trident and in field, 5.44g, 11h (RGV 314 this coin), scratch through obverse, toned, yet fine to about very fine; Mohar, NS 842, much as before, Obv. three dots below trident and left of Śrī, one dot on each side of the trident and three dots to right of ‘ya’ in ‘Jagajjaya, 5.47g, 11h (RGV 315), bend to flan, toned, about very fine; Mohar, NS 848, Obv. much as before, Rev. sword with garland within octagon and legend in five lines, Śrī 2/Māhipate/ndra Malla/848, three dots to the left of Śrī, one syllable each of the legend Nepāleśvara Rājendra in the eight petals, 5.54g, 12h (RGV 316; KM 231, previously KM 236), slightly soft of strike, very fine; Mohar, NS 848, as previous coin, but Rev. four additional groups of three dots, 5.47g, 12h (RGV 318), edge split and bent, soft of strike, yet toned, about very fine (6)
