1727 Part printed receipt for interest received on a £5000 loan granted by Wren "unto His Majesty upon the Credit of an Act of Parliament", signed "Chr. Wren" at the foot. Antiquary and son of the architect, who in 1710 in the presence of his father had laid the last stone of the lantern which surmounts the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral (19x28cm)
