1649 (25 June) commission signed "O Cromwell" on vellum headed "Oliver Cromwell Esq Lieu't. Generall of all the Horses Under the Command of his Excell'cy the Lord Generall Fairfax and Lieu't Generall and Governo'r Generall of the Dominion of Ireland under the Parliam't of England, And Capt'n Generall of all their Forces there" appointing Thomas Stone Lieutenant in a Troop of Horse.

Document with some wear and small split though rare and appealing.
