A17, (1862 (23 June) forme 2, with Maidenhead duplex to the right and addressed to London, incorrectly marked with a manuscript "2" for underpayment, subsequently crossed through and Britannia with two horizontal strokes cancellation and thimble arrival on the reverse; vertical crease. An interesting cover, the Mulready envelope still had postal validity despite being withdrawn twenty one years earlier. Photo
