Vincent Leopald Dawson appears to have served with the 1/5th Battalion, London Regiment, his M.M. card states he was serving with the 1/15th Battalion which appears to be the cause of the misattributed unit. Later joining the Indian Army Ordnance Corps he was appointed Lieutenant on 1 February 1941; sold together with copied research and an original presentation certificate for the Military Medal.
