A trio of trials: 7d. small format half tone essay, examples in blackish purple and bronze-green, printed together on piece of thin wove paper; 7d. and 1/- Hentschel trials in purple on pink wove paper, cut close and affixed to a piece of wove paper (30x62mm.) which shows ink manuscript "S.P./95" and "Art Purple on Rose" in the margins; and 10d. Hentschel trial on white wove paper (60x52 mm.) with handstruck "mb/94" in black above the design and pencil manuscript "Payne Grey 221..". Generally fine.
