'Russell' to London, the reverse with straight line "yarmouth n" and single ring d.s., contents cover recruitment in Manchester; also 1798 (23 Oct.) entire letter from Colonel Ballingale in Inverkeithing to London, the reverse with double line "inver/kithin" and single ring d.s. Interesting.
