1459 entire letter from "Londra" to Venice without merchant guild marking. An enormously important early letter, being among the earliest known overseas letters from Britain. Also 1478, a long letter, in Italian, sent from London and addressed to the master of the ship 'Hierommo' with written device at foot, the letter is signed Hieronimo Ticpollo. Fine and rare.
