1574 (23 October) entire letter from Guido Cavalcanti to Philippo Corsini in London, additionally endorsed in separate hand "To Mr. Corsyny in grashe strette [Gratious Street]". Interesting contents cover matters of trade, diplomacy and religion with mention of Milord North distrust of saints and Mr. Danvilla having not adequately explained matters to the Protestants, the capture of a schooner from the Straits of Gibraltar, with other names Barbigi, Baldini, Galeotto Cie. Most unusual with English language endorsement, believed by Robson Lowe to have been added by the London City Post.
