1847 (Feb.) cover from Kazi Hemdal Thapa to the Prime Minister Jung Bahador; the contents are summarised, "Queen will not come back to Nepal just on your Excellency's instruction. However, if the sealed letter of His Majesty the King Surendra is received along with your letter, the Queen is willing to return to Nepal". An Interesting letter, the Kazi who escorted the Royal party to Banaras was a spy of Jung Bahadur; Jung was against the Queen coming back to Nepal. Photo
