4c. black on blue cut octagonally, small margins, initialled "E.D.W.", with corner margins added and rebacked to improve appearance, cancelled by light coded d.s. Faults including creasing, thinning and surface rubbing, usual faults which affect this value, still a very presentable and fine example of this rarity, of which only about twelve used examples are known, four of them offered in this sale.
