SCVTVM : FIDEI : PROTEGET : EAM • crowned square-topped and lightly garnished shield dividing E-R, 2.822g [43.55grns], 6h, m.m. tun (Schneider I, 815; North 2010; S.2536), a scarcely perceptible hairline scratch behind crown, otherwise a most handsome strike accentuated by golden and lustrous hues, extremely fine, a splendid cabinet piece, in NGC Black 'Carrington' holder, graded Almost Uncirculated (Cert. #8536700-011)
