M.M. London Gazette 3 June 1916.

Hugh Richmond was born at Salford in 1881 and was a moulder by trade upon his joining the Royal Field Artillery in November 1900. He served in India from 8 October 1901-22 October 1908, including during the operations on the North-West Frontier (Medal & clasp). He thence served at home from 23 October 1908-9 January 1916, before serving in France during the Great War (Pair only). Richmond was discharged in March 1920; sold together with copied research.
