(x) Bank Melli, Iran, [Top Pop] Specimen uncut pair 100 Rials, ND (1932 / AH1311), serial number 00000,
the front of each banknote exhibits a combination of purple, green, pink and pale orange tones whilst the back of each uncut banknote showcases a brown design. Farsi text on the front and back. Reza Shah, the founder of the Pahlavi dynasty and Shah of Iran from 1925 to 1941, appears on the front right of each banknote in a Pahlavi hat. To the left of this portrait is an image of the Persepolis columns. The appearance of the columns of Persepolis on Iranian banknotes is a powerful symbol of cultural heritage, national identity and historical continuity. Specimen has been stamped on either side of this image of the Persepolis in a bold blue. On the back, a circular image of the coat of arms with the crown, sun, lion and sword is presented. The top banknote has been hole punched, and both banknotes have been signed by Ali Alamar and Kurt Lindenblatt,
