Mexico District 3c. Brown, 4th Period, consignment 71-1865, uncanceled with ample to mostly very large margins, part o.g. and minor crease. A very fine and fresh example in superb condition. A total of 2,403 stamps were issued in 1865-66 as a local city mail experiment, with only 200 stemming from this particular consignment. Signed WEC, 2024 MEPSI certificate. Scott 18, $1,300.
