Mexico District 3c. Brown, 4th Period, consignment 213-1865, uncanceled with narrow margins, cut slightly into at bottom, small thin spots. Only 2,403 stamps were produced in 1865-66 as a trial for local city mail, with merely 200 coming from this specific consignment. MEPSI certificate. Scott 18, $1,300.
