Mexico District 3c. Brown, 4th Period, consignment 71-1865, very fresh and displaying an intense color, uncancelled with large margins all around. Only 2,403 stamps were issued in 1865-66 as part of an experiment for local city mail, with just 200 from this specific consignment. MEPSI certificate. Scott 18, $1,300.
