1864 (June) Pacific Stage & Express Co. Paid (Haller FP3, type 2a), printed express company frank with four-horse stagecoach design on 3c. pink on buff entire (U34), addressed to San Francisco, cancelled by mostly clear blue 'P.S. & E. Co. Nevada (City Cal.)' handstamp, quite fresh and fine. Very scarce and attractive, this company operated from San Francisco to Virginia City, Nev., from 1860 to 1864.
