Hopkinson's Express, Paid, Nevada, Red Dog, You Bet and Dutch Flat (Haller FH13, type 3) printed express company frank in a double-line box, with ornate lettering, on 3c. pink on white entire (U58) cancelled by wells, fargo & co (29.3) blue oval d.s. addressed to San Francisco, insignificant edgewear, still fresh and very fine, one of only two recorded examples, illustrated in Letters of Gold, ex Chaloner, P.F. certificate (1980).
