REX ••:•• smaller second horseman left, plume on headdress, sword over right shoulder to right of A, cross on housing, no ground line, rev. •:• CHRISTO ••:•• AVSPICE ••:•• REGNO •:• (m.m.) •:• oval garnished shield over cross fourchée, dividing C-R and plume above, plain harp, 29.809g, 4h, m.m. plume (Hawkins 2b1; Francis 16; Brooker 242 same obverse die; FRC IX/XII; Dr Erik Miller 9 same dies; North 2192; S.2756), some peripheral striking softness owing to planchet thinning, otherwise handsomely cabinet toned with patches of residual lustre and bluish flare, a pleasing and wholesome very fine
