CIVITAS LONDON, beaded inner circle only, square-topped shield over long cross fourchée, 0.939g, 10h, m.m. anchor (BCW AN-1/AN-a; North 2016; S.2559), struck on an irregular, elliptical flan with traces of die-capping, otherwise attractively cabinet toned with underlying hints of residual lustre, about very fine, an extremely rare mintmark for issue
