CIVITAS LONDON, long cross and trio of pellets in angles, 0.626g, 7h (S.1433), slightly chipped to edge, otherwise nicely cabinet toned, about very fine; also, Bristol, Class 4c, similar, but well-spread hair, rev. VILLA BRISTOLLIE, 0.681g, 9h (S.1439), slightly porous, otherwise a full flan, strictly fine, scarce; lastly, Round Farthings, London (2), Class 3de, 1281-1282, E R ANGLIE, rev. LONDONIENSIS, as before, 0.296g, 6h (S.1445A), rubbed and waterworn, now darkly toned, mediocre thus and once considered extremely scarce and reflected in its original purchase price; another, Class 10, Farthing, London, EDWARDVS REX A, similar, rev.
