Army L.S. & G.C., V.R. (471. Pte. I. Lund. Schl of Musky.), engraved naming, edge bruise, very fine

Isaac Lund was from Scotforth in Lancaster and prior to enlistment had been a Farm Labourer. He enlisted on 26 December 1867 into the 3rd Regiment of Foot and served in India between 14 August 1868 to 8 December 1879 and is entitled to an India General Service Medal 1854-95 with the clasp Perak. He transfers to the School of Musketry on 1 November 1880 where he remains until he was discharged at Hythe on 3 January 1889.
