John William Dennett worked as a Farm Hand before enlisting with the Royal Air Force on 1 April 1918. He listed his next of kin's address as Nash Coast Cottages, Near Margate and for what remained of the Great War, served with No. 31 Wing before transferring to the R.A.F. reserve on 24 April 1919. Dennett was later to see Second World War Service and went on to work as a Press Tool maker. He died at 90 Wrotham Road, Welling, Bexley on 13 April 1988.
