Keith Davidson enlisted with the London Scottish on 23 November 1914 and served in France with the regiment from 4 July 1915 before being discharged 'no longer physically fit for war service' on 13 September 1916. Additionally entitled to a Silver War Badge (number 97 362), his Territorial Force Attestation Form (available via Ancestry) notes his address as 80 Addison Gardens, Kensington, and his file further includes an interesting note that, in 1921, he wrote to the War Office asking for his 'two medals' to be sent to him 'as soon as possible as I am about to sail for India, and would like them before I go.'
