Medieval Period (c. 1400-1500), Gold Poesy Ring, + en bone foy ('In good faith'), flattened band engraved with rosettes and fronts, amongst inscription written in blackletter script, inside plain, 2.11g, ring size approx. Q (Benet FR47535), a slightly warped band, but otherwise extremely fine, clear cut engraving of text and imagery, very pleasing example
