Victoria: 1863-89 a group of underpaid covers with envelopes from G.B., 1873 9d. franking from Birmingham to Ballarat East Bearing a fine strike of unframed "deficient postage 1d./fine ___ 6d.} 7d.", 1885 Penny Pink envelope and 1888 envelope bearing Jubilee 6d., both to Melbourne bearing the boxed deficient postage handstamps in purple for 11d. and 1/-; also 1865 envelope from Melbourne bearing three-colour 9d. franking with circular "more/to/pay" and unframed "Deficient Postage/Fine ____" in blue with manuscript "1" and "6" with large ink "7" alongside.
