(3), both bear good to fine strikes of boxed "excs/oz/deficient postage/british share of fine" with manuscript "1" and "3" then "1" and "1½" respectively, the second envelope with additional unframed "insufficiently/stamped" and "1d". A good pair of covers (2 covers)
